Niji Razon was born in Japan, grew up in Singapore and went to college in California. However his nationality is Filipino, a place where he has never lived before. After being forced to leave the United States after college, Niji has struggled to find a country to call home, battling visa restrictions, depression and a complex cultural identity. Niji Razon is the homesick nomad.
